Percex Technologies, LLC ("Percex," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This policy describes how information is handled for our website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Summary
The extension is designed to run entirely locally on your device. We do not collect personal data, track usage, or sell your information. All settings and data remain on your device unless you choose to export them yourself.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or transmit names, email addresses, browsing history, payment data, account credentials, offer data, or any other personal information through the extension. There is no analytics SDK, no telemetry pipeline, and no reporting infrastructure — because we deliberately did not build one.
3. Information Stored Locally
The extension may store preferences (such as dark mode, visible columns, solo booking mode, filter settings, and column visibility) and locally saved items (such as Favorites and saved B2B chains) in your browser's local or session storage. This data stays entirely on your device and is used only to restore features you have enabled. We cannot access it.
4. Exports and User Actions
If you export data (for example, CSV downloads of your filtered offer set), those files are created locally in your browser and saved to your device. We do not receive copies of exported files.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies or trackers in the extension. The Services do not collect telemetry, analytics, or crash reports from the extension itself.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links to third-party websites — for example, optional tip links (Ko-Fi, Venmo) or offer-code lookups. Your interactions with those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. Tips are entirely optional and do not unlock any features or content. App stores and browsers may collect information when you install or update extensions; please review their privacy policies separately.
7. What the Extension Does Access
To function, the extension reads the HTML content and API responses already delivered to the Royal Caribbean Club Royale and Celebrity Blue Chip Club offers pages while you are actively signed in and viewing those pages. It does not inject credentials, store tokens, or transmit any of this data. When you close the offers page, the extension becomes dormant.
8. Security
We design the Services to minimize data exposure by keeping all processing local and ephemeral. No system is perfectly secure; please keep your device and browser up to date.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
