How do I add a second profile and link them?
- Open the offers page while signed into the first loyalty account and click Show All Offers. The extension saves that account as a profile tab automatically.
- Log out of the cruise site, sign into the second loyalty account, navigate to the offers page, and click Show All Offers again. A second profile tab appears.
- Click the chain icon on both profile tabs to link them.
- The Combined Offers tab activates and shows the merged view of both linked profiles.
What is Offer Value and how is it used?
Offer Value estimates the base cruise fare for the awarded category (dual occupancy) after subtracting taxes and fees. The Interior, OV, Balcony, and Suite upgrade columns use this value as a baseline to estimate what you would pay to move up to a higher category.
How do the Interior, OV, Balcony, and Suite upgrade columns work?
Upgrade estimates are calculated using itinerary pricing and your offer's base value. When taxes and fees are included, the upgrade columns show the minimum total "You Pay" for the target stateroom category. Enable Solo Booking in Settings to use single-guest taxes and fees instead.
What is Solo Booking mode?
Solo Booking mode, found in the Settings gear, switches all pricing calculations (upgrade columns and Advanced Search price filters) to use single-guest taxes and fees rather than the dual-occupancy default. Enable it if you are booking as a solo traveler so upgrade estimates reflect your actual cost.
Can I include or exclude taxes in price filters?
Yes. Open the Settings gear and toggle Include Taxes & Fees in Price Filters. This affects the Advanced Search price fields (Interior Price, OV Price, Balcony Price, Suite Price) and all upgrade columns.
How does the Back-to-Back (B2B) Builder work and what do depths mean?
The B2B Builder reads the sailings already in your table and labels each row with a depth number — the longest uninterrupted chain of cruises you can sail starting with that offer using what you currently have loaded.
The Side-by-Side Driving Range setting (Settings gear) allows same-day connections between nearby ports based on average drive times, not just exact port matches. Driving range is applied symmetrically.
Click the depth pill to open the Back-to-Back Builder. Use Add to chain to build a sequence, then click Save Chain to Favorites. Saved chains show a chain ID badge in the Favorites tab.
How do I search by upgrade price?
- Open the Advanced Search drawer by clicking the button.
- Select a price field from "Add Field" — choose from Interior Price, Ocean View Price, Balcony Price, or Suite Price.
- Set the operator to less than.
- Type the maximum price you are willing to pay (e.g.,
250for $250). - The filter applies instantly and respects whatever group or sort state you already have.
What are itinerary links and what do they show?
Click a Destination cell to open the itinerary popup. It includes day-by-day route details, stateroom pricing, and estimated "You Pay" amounts per category. Click any "You Pay" value to open a Pricing Tooltip that breaks down the full cost calculation.
How do I use the Itinerary Refresh icon?
The refresh icon (next to the Settings gear) reloads itinerary data and recalculates all pricing columns without you having to close and reopen the panel. Use it after any page updates or if pricing looks stale.
How do Favorites work?
Click the star icon on any row to save a sailing. Favorites appear in a dedicated Favorites tab with color-coded badges per profile, and they persist across sessions in your browser's local storage. You can also save entire B2B chains directly to Favorites from the B2B Builder.
How do I use Dark Mode?
Open the Settings gear icon in the offers panel and toggle Dark Mode. Dark mode applies to the offers table, modals, and all panel elements. Your preference is saved locally and restored on your next visit.
How do I hide or show columns?
Open the Settings gear and use Visible Columns to toggle individual columns on or off. This keeps the table focused on what matters to you without losing data — CSV export always includes every column regardless of visibility settings.
What does the B2B chain ID mean?
When you save a Back-to-Back chain from the B2B Builder, the Favorites tab shows a chain ID badge in the B2B column so you can identify which sailings belong to the same saved sequence.
Can I hide groups I don't care about?
Yes. Click the yellow group-picker icon in any column header to open the group menu, then click the trash icon next to a group to hide it. Hidden groups are removed from view until you unhide them via the same menu.
Why is the table slow and how can I speed it up?
- Hide large groups using the trash icon in the group picker — especially rows you know you can't use, such as
Code: 25TIER3. - Open Settings and turn off Auto-run Back-to-Back Builder Calculations to skip depth calculations until you need them.
- Use Accordion or Visible Columns mode to reduce the amount of data rendered at once.
The button is missing or offers are incomplete — what do I do?
- Button missing: Refresh the page and confirm the extension is enabled in your browser's extension manager.
- Incomplete offers: Refresh the page, reopen the panel, and rerun Show All Offers.
- Layout drift: Check for an updated version of the extension and reload after clearing cached assets.
